China’s magnesia prices remained largely rangebound this week on concerns about the potential impact of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) on global demand.
Producers cut their prices in early March to secure business
and generate cashflow to stimulate the market.
China’s magnesia export prices were mostly stable
levels this week, sources told Fastmarkets, although prices
remained under pressure from eager producers in a hurry to
sell.
