Antimony trioxide prices drop on weak demand globally

Antimony trioxide prices edged lower in the seven days to Tuesday March 31 in response to dwindling demand due to the economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.

Fastmarkets' antimony trioxide 99.5% Sb2O3 min, fob China price fell to $5,200-5,300 per tonne on Tuesday from $5,450-5,550 per tonne on March 24 - a level it has maintained for three weeks.

This price fall comes at a time of resumed production in China.
