China’s fine flake graphite price falls further; large sizes supported by supply scarcity

China’s minus mesh graphite price fell for a fourth consecutive week on Thursday May 14, while the market for plus mesh strengthened due to supply scarcity.

Fastmarkets’ latest assessment for graphite flake 94% C, -100 mesh, fob China dropped by another $10 to $500 per tonne on Thursday, following three consecutive equal price drops since April 16.
