China's domestic acidspar prices firm but weak demand weighs on export market

China's fluorspar acidspar prices firmed last week on tight spot material supply, causing domestic producers to step back from offering and wait for higher prices, while fob China prices were static.

Most acidspar producers in China are operating at just 30-40% of capacity and were not selling into the spot market last week because of expectations the price will rise further. This has caused tight spot supply domestically.
