Chinese antimony trioxide continues to gain ground amid bullish domestic signals

The price of antimony trioxide in China increased for a third consecutive week on Tuesday July 28 due to increased domestic demand and strengthening antimony metal prices in China, with sellers reluctant to close deals at lower prices despite persistent weakness in consumer markets abroad.

Fastmarkets price assessment for antimony trioxide 99.5% Sb2O3 min, fob China was at $4,700-4,850 per tonne on July 28, up by 1.2% from $4,640-4,800 per tonne a week earlier.
