MRC to raise funds for Norwegian anode development program

Australia-based miner Mineral Commodities (MRC), the owner of the Skaland graphite project in Norway, is to raise funds to invest in an anode development program in the northern country.

MRC’s annual general meeting on Thursday July 30 carried a proposal to issue as many as 100 million shares to a Norwegian-regulated market to raise as much as A$25 million ($18 million).
