Tirupati Graphite to list on the London Stock Exchange

The United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority has given Tirupati Graphite permission to publish a registration document for a planned initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and to invest the money in its upstream and downstream facilities in Madagascar and India.

The registration document was published on Tirupati’s website on Tuesday September 29.

Tirupati owns and plans to ramp up production from the Sahamamy and Vatomina graphite flake projects in Madagascar, and has downstream operations in India.
