Planning application filed for major rare earth plant in UK

Rare earth company Pensana has submitted a planning application for a $125 million separation facility in Saltend, near Hull, on the east coast of the United Kingdom.

The plant is intended to help establish a sustainable mine-to-magnet supply chain in the UK, Pensana said.
