INTERVIEW: Etablissements Gallois mulls options for large flake graphite supply

The global large flake graphite market is undergoing a shift in supply dynamics while consumers seek to diversify their supplier base, Richard Song, the chief executive officer of Madagascar-based graphite company Établissements Gallois, told Fastmarkets during a recent interview.

Evolving supply and demand patterns in the global market for large flake graphite are causing consumers to look beyond their traditional supply source of China amid a rise in the numbers of alternative suppliers outside the East Asian country, according to Song.
