Volt commits to purchase 70% share of Zavalivskiy Graphite

Graphite explorer and developer Volt Resources has signed a binding share price agreement to acquire a 70% interest in Ukraine's Zavalivskiy Graphite Group (ZG), Volt said in an announcement released on the Australian Stock Exchange on Tuesday April 27.

The purchase of the majority share of Zavalivskiy Graphite will give Volt a majority share in one of the few active graphite flake mines in Europe.

The company has agreed to a purchase price of $7.6 million, payable in two equal amounts.
