Strike ends at US-listed Albemarle's lithium facility in Chile

US-listed lithium producer Albemarle has reached an agreement with workers, ending the strike at the Salar de Atacama lithium facility in Chile, the company said on Wednesday September 15.

The industrial action lasted over a month. 135 members of the Albemarle Salar Workers Union, maintaining the Salar de Atacama facility in the north of Chile, began industrial action on August 11.
