Liaoning ends power cuts, fused magnesia production back to normal, sources say

China’s Liaoning province was to stop its regime of power cuts and allow power supplies to return to normal from 8pm Beijing time on Friday November 5. The production of fused magnesia would also be able to return to normal, sources told Fastmarkets.
Fused magnesia production would be at the usual rate instead
of only resuming with a 30% load in kilns, according to the
latest policy decision on November 5, sources said.
