Posco Chemical acquire 15% stake in China's Sinuo New Materials Technology

Posco Chemical Co, a unit of South Korean steelmaker Posco, plans to acquire a 15% stake in China's Sinuo New Material Technology, an integrated anode producer owned by Shenzhen Sinuo, which in turn is a subsidiary of Nations Technologies.

 

The announcement, issued by Nations Technologies after a board meeting earlier on Wednesday November 10, says that Posco Chemical is to invest 141.18 million yuan ($22.08 million) in Sinuo New Material Technology, which is located in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and participate...
