Commodities trader Traxys signs lithium offtake agreement with Canadian junior miner Lepidico

Global metals and minerals trader Traxys has signed a multi-year offtake agreement for around 5,000 tonnes per year of lithium hydroxide with Canada-headquartered junior miner Lepidico, the companies announced in a statement on December 16.

Under the terms of the deal, Traxys will act as a principal and will provide trade sales, marketing, logistics and trade finance services for 100% of the Phase 1 lithium...
