Syrah clarifies Tesla offtake agreement

Australia-based graphite miner Syrah Resources has updated its December 23 offtake agreement with Tesla, saying on Wednesday December 29 that the offtake obligation was subject to certain conditions.

Syrah Resources signed an agreement with Tesla to supply the electric vehicle (EV) producer with natural graphite active anode material from its Vidalia production facility in the United States last week.
