China’s magnesia export market flat ahead of new year holiday

China’s magnesia export market was flat in the week to Tuesday January 25 with the approach of the lunar new year holiday, January 31-February 6, with overseas buyers taking a watchful stance and in no hurry to buy. There will be limitations on magnesia production in Liaoning until the middle of March.

The country’s magnesia export market saw thin buying activity over the week, with some buyers receiving lower offers while sellers reduced their prices to boost sales and cash flow.
