OZC plans to increase Image Resources shareholding

Guangdong Orient Zirconic Ind Sci & Tech Co (OZC) intends to increase its shareholding in Australia-focused mineral sands miner Image Resources.

OZC has controlling ownerships in Murray Zircon, which is Image’s largest shareholder, and Guangdong Orient Zirconic Resources (Australia), Image’s fourth-largest shareholder, according to information on the Australian company’s website....
