    Canadian refractories producer Clayburn Industries Ltd has opened its second refractories plant in China, Nanning Clayburn High Temperature Materials Corp. located in Nanning, Guangxi province.

    Following its probe into allegations of dumping of magnesia (MgO) refractory bricks from China into the European Union (EU), announced in July 2004, the European Commission (EC) has decided to impose an antidumping duty of 66.1% on imports from China.
