Global processing company Outotec has signed an agreement to buy Australian software technology company Scanalyse Holdings Pty Ltd for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition, which is expected to be completed in March 2013, is part of Outotec’s strategy to grow its service business, and will strengthen the company’s presence in specialised maintenance.
