Chinese barytes exports ease in October

Buyers expect prices to rise next year, as environmental shutdowns begin to bite.

Chinese barytes exports fell back in October, as the average value of sales rose.

Customs data showed October barytes exports at 163,794 tonnes, down 21% month on month, although up 9% year on year.
